PHILIPSBURG:--- A fourth suspect in the spate of armed robberies which took place last week on the French and Dutch side of the island was arrested on Thursday January 21st at approximately 05.15 p.m. by the Multidisciplinary team. The male suspect with the initials K.L. (20) for whom a warrant for his arrest was issued was seen in the Cay Hill area driving a jeep. When he noticed that the team was on his trail he tried to make his getaway. Nevertheless after a short pursuit by the Multidisciplinary team he was arrested and placed in handcuffs. The suspect was taken to the Philipsburg Police Station where he remains in custody for further investigation.
