PHILIPSBURG:--- The Sint Maarten Christian Party - SMCP is hereby announcing the resignation of Member and Candidate Mr. Michaël Orlando Somersall who in keeping with the Articles of Association of SMCP submitted his resignation in writing on Thursday, the 25th of June 2020.
Michaël Somersall has been a member of the Sint Maarten Christian Party since the 28th of July 2016 and contested elections as such in September of 2016, February of 2018, and January of this year 2020.
With his appointment to the position of Deputy Minister Plenipotentiary in 2018, Michaël Somersall sacrificed his business and relocated
