PHILIPSBURG:--- On Wednesday, July 31st detectives from the Juvenile and Morals Department received an explicit video clip of three persons publicly engaged in sexual acts on the balcony of their apartment building. The incident took place on that same day at approximately 05.00 a.m. and could clearly be seen by anyone including children passing by. This type of behavior is immoral and disrespectful in our society and will not be tolerated.
Detectives immediately searched and located the main suspect in this case. He was questioned and given a hefty fine for this immoral and disrespectful conduct.
