Prosecution intends to ask judge to extend the pretrial detention of all four suspects.
PHILIPSBURG:--- The Prosecution have taken the decision to take the four suspects in custody in the Octopus investigation before the judge of instruction on Friday. The prosecution intends to ask the court to extend the pretrial detention of MP Silvio Master, Rogielo Koieman, Eddie Fleming, and a suspect identified as W.B.
Spokesman for the Attorney General’s office said in an update that the prosecution intends to request an extension of eight more days and if granted the suspects will remain behind bars.
Prosecution will take the four suspects in the Octopus Investigation before Judge of Instruction.
