WILLEMSTAD:--- As of Wednesday, May 5, 2021, the PBCCG will start with the COVID art project.
From this day on, the Fund will call on all artists of the Dutch Caribbean to submit a COVID-inspired creation via the various PBCCG online communication channels (website, mail, social media). The entry deadline is Wednesday, May 19th, 2021.
The submitted creations will be compiled in an art video and will be shown daily in June 2021 via PBCCG's online communication channels. This whole month the art impulses that have emerged from the limited possibilities of the pandemic, will be put in the spotlight.
With this project, Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds Caribisch Gebied wants to underline its appreciation and recognition for the cultural developers, and highlight the power and importance of the connection through art and culture!
Local artists who have developed a beautiful creation despite this difficult period can send their entry to: info@pbccaribbean.com or visit the website for more
