PHILIPSBURG:--- The suspect arrested in the DRACO Lionel Jermain Joseph remains in pretrial detention for another 8 days.
SMN News understands that Joseph managed to secure the services of the Attorney he requested which was denied by the Prosecution and the Courts.
According to information SMN News received it states that Joseph did not appear in court on Friday since he was aware of the outcome.
