PHILIPSBURG:--- The male victim that was found in Dutch Quarter after the vehicle he was driving crashed in the vicinity of Zerk en Rust passed away late Tuesday night confirmed Police Spokesman Joe Josepha. The victim has been identified as Shaquan Gumbs who is also from the Dutch Quarter area. Details on the shooting that has claimed the life of the young man are not yet available.
