PHILIPSBURG:--- Mr. Rumari “King Rumer” Rogers will be competing in the upcoming Soca Monarch competition to be held in Tortola, BVI. Rogers traveled on August 2nd, and the competition will be held on August 3rd. He is currently the 3-peat Road March King of St. Maarten, and was selected to represent St. Maarten. The Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, the Honourable Silveria Jacobs and Government of Sint Maarten, would like to wish Mr. Rogers much success in the Soca Monarch competition.
