PHILIPSBURG:--- A female suspect identified with initials S.A.L. was arrested on Tuesday, April 23rd suspected of seriously ill-treating another female with a metal staff and causing severe injury to one of her eyes. The incident took place during an argument which turned into a fight. The suspect was taken to the police headquarters for questioning and remains in custody for further investigation.
