PHILIPSBURG:--- A pedestrian is nursing serious injuries such as a fractured skull, broken ribs, a punctured lung and a broken leg after a hit and run driver ran over him late last night on Cul de Sac Road.
SMN News learned that one driver gave stopped and gave the pedestrian the opportunity to cross the main road while another overtook the driver that stopped to gave the pedestrian the opportunity to cross the road.
