PHILIPSBURG:--- Helping Hands Foundation (HHF) will organize transportation for the elderly on a structural basis at a very affordable tariff. As president Antonio Rogers handed over the policy plan. This have been my vision for some time Rogers said at the ceremony on Wednesday. Rogers said he got the vison when he travelled abroad and saw nurses, law enforcement officers, the elderly, school children, soldiers and some members of NGO’s were receiving special treatment and tariffs when it comes to public transportation.
Thus he felt that the same could be done on St. Maarten especially for the elderly or pensioners’.
