The Government of St. Maarten regulates the prices of petroleum products by imposing a maximum price at which wholesalers and retailers can se ll these products on St. Maarten. Due to the ongoing developments on the international level, the prices of crude o il have experienced adjustments upward for ULG & Gasoi l (diesel). Given the aforementioned, the general public is hereby informed that as of Thur·sday 23•t1, A ugust 2018 at 6:00am the maximum consumer pr·icc
of ULG and Gasoil (d iesel ) has increased as follows:
