PHILIPSBURG:--- Police are busy investigating the possible arson of four cement trucks that were set on fire Monday night after 10pm at the company’s location in Sucker Garden.
Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson confirmed that the police are busy investigating the case of a possible arson where four cement trucks were purposely set on fire at Windward Roads.
