PHILIPSBURG:--- Telecom provider Flow pledged its support to Foundation Judicial Institutes St. Maarten (FJIS) in its endeavor to organize Foster Care Month during the entire month of May.
The company is assisting with efforts to create awareness for the admirable and very important cause of fostering children in need of a loving, safe, and stable home.
