PHILIPSBURG(DCOMM):--- Fire Chief Clive Richardson would like to address social media rumors with respect to COVID-19. Richardson said on Tuesday that he does not have COVID-19.
“It is overly concerning that individuals would spread social media rumors of such a nature that the Fire Chief has COVID-19. This is emphatically not the case,” Richardson said on Tuesday.
Last week Richardson announced that the Collection Prevention Services (CPS) had identified one fire fighter who tested positive for COVID-19. In the meantime, four additional firefighters have been classified as COVID-19 positive.
