~ No reasons to doubt Daniel’s diplomas, evaluated by Division of Examinations ECYS.~

PHILIPSBURG:— The Council of Ministers have dispatched a letter to the Chairlady of the Supervisory Board of Directors (SBOD) Nina Diaz on Wednesday informing her that the Council of Ministers have decided that Dr. Sharine Daniel must be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for a period of one year, after which an evaluation will be done and based on the outcome of that evaluation the contract will be extended.
The letter sent to Diaz on Wednesday states that based on the shareholders meeting minutes of July 12th a decision was taken to postpone the appointment for a period of 4 weeks in order to give the shareholder enough time to peruse the information they received regarding Daniel. The Council of Ministers further states they perused all information sent to them and they have not found any irregularities and have decided to move forward with the appointment of Dr. Sharine Daniel as the company’s statutory director.
The Council of Ministers ordered the chairlady of the Supervisory Board of Directors to commence negotiations to enter into the draft agreement with the necessary urgency. Diaz was also ordered to provide the shareholder with weekly updates on the appointment process.
In the meantime, the Head of the Division of Examinations has confirmed by letter that she has received four diplomas for Dr. Sharine Daniel for evaluation.
Based on the letter the Division of Examinations confirmed they received four diplomas plus the transcripts from the Universities, three of the universities sent the transcripts electronically while one posted the transcripts for it to be evaluated.

• Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting from Howard University.
• Master of Science in Business and Management from the University of Maryland.
• Master of Business Administration from the Washington Adventist University.
• Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University.

In conclusion, the Division said there is no reason to doubt the authenticity of the documents that were submitted for evaluation.
In recent weeks Dr. Sharine Daniel has been making the news with all sorts of allegations by the Supervisory Board of Directors, the most recent was that her diplomas were not real as Dr. Daniel refused to turn over the original diplomas to the Interim Manager of NV. GEBE. Based on that refusal the interim manager along with the members of the SBOD terminated Daniel’s contractual agreement with the company. While the CEO candidate has remained silent and steadfast towards her goals it is clear that the SBOD could not prove any wrongdoing by Daniel while she occupied the seat as Chief Internal Auditor or Temporary Manager of NV GEBE.
