Mexico City:--- The Permanent Conference of Political Parties of Latin America and the Caribbean, made up of more than 60 progressive parties from 29 countries, strongly condemned the violation of human rights incurred by the Kingdom of The Netherlands (Holland) in the countries of Aruba, Curaçao and Saint Martin, while demanding that the High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet send a special mission to document and stop serious abuses of the fundamental rights of citizens of these three countries
