~Online platform for access to mobile billing details gets features to upgrade & new look ~
PHILIPSBURG:— Chippie postpaid customers now have new look to the platform they use to access their monthly mobile billing details. Previously, customers viewed their monthly postpaid bills using the miKuenta® feature online; doing so by surfing to www.miuts.sx.
The web address will remain the same, but the page will sport a new look, adding the Flow brand to the visual and updating to a more modern look. The functionality of the platform has also been upgraded making new registrations an easier and smoother process.
Aside from the access to Chippie billing details, the platform also offers additional features, such as the opportunity to send complimentary SMS messages through the Hepa® service and the possibility to view your LTE data usage.
“We want to reassure our customers who are already using the online portal that they can continue use the platform with confidence. Your existing log-in credentials will remain the same and you’ll still have access to all your billing details and other great features.” said Charlesworth Sydney, Country Manager, Flow Eastern Caribbean.”
He added that the pandemic related movement restrictions have increased the exchange of information and payments online now more than ever.
“The wider availability of digital platforms and online banking eliminate the need to make a bill payment in person and Chippie customers have also gotten onboard with this added convenience. Flow encourages Chippie postpaid customers who have not yet registered to do so and to enjoy the convenience and saved time of online bill payment.”
