PHILIPSBURG:--- A cement truck travelling in the Cole Bay area capsized in the middle of the road, the cause of the accident in unknown, while there is no official information as to whether anyone was injured in the accident. Several efforts made by SMN News to contact Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson on Tuesday proved futile as Henson is not answering his telephone.
