TORTOLA BVI:--- Information coming out of the British Virgin Islands states that the Virgin Islands Search and Rescue (VISAR) fishing vessel was found capsized by another fishing vessel earlier today November 26, 2023, with two men dead and one man a serious condition.
Initial investigations suggest that the trio may have drifted at least five (5) days ago before being found some miles off Virgin Gorda.
The ill-fated vessel and crew are said to be from St. Martin.
