PHILIPSBURG:--- The Prosecutor’s Office successfully appealed the decision of the Judge of Instruction on April 7 to suspend the custody of R.R. M (22). The Joint Court of Justice annulled the decision of the Judge of Instruction and in its disposition of April 22 granted the prolonged custody of the suspect for another 60 days. R.R.M. who had to go back to jail, is suspected of attempted murder/homicide and/or aggravated assault against B.U.B. on December 28, 2015 at the victim’s house on Backstreet.
