SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) – (UPDATE) The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) hereby informs the public that the 15-year-old female, previously reported missing, has safely returned home.

KPSM received information from the mother of the minor, identified by the initials C.T., confirming that her daughter returned to her residence. Police were contacted shortly thereafter, and the matter has been resolved.

ARCHIVED - WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22, 2026 - SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) - The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) is seeking the assistance of the community in locating a missing 15-year-old female identified by the initials Kelvina TOMA.

On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, the mother of the teenager, identified by the initials Carisielle TOMA., reported to the Philipsburg Police Station that her daughter has been missing since Friday, April 17, 2026. The teenager was last seen at her residence located on Rue Bone Fish in Sandy Ground, French Sint Maarten.

A missing person report has also been filed with the French authorities.

Kelvina TOMA is described as approximately 1.55 meters tall, of brown complexion, with black hair and brown eyes.

KPSM urges anyone who may have seen Kelvina TOMA. or who has any information regarding her whereabouts to immediately contact the Philipsburg Police Station at +1 (721) 542-2222.

KPSM also makes a direct appeal to Kelvina TOMA : if you are seeing this message, please contact your family or the nearest police station to inform them that you are safe.

The cooperation of the community is vital in ensuring the safe return of this young individual.
