SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) - SZV Social & Health Insurances is inviting clients to participate in its 2026 Customer Experience Survey, running from September 21 through October 2, 2026.

The annual survey gives clients an opportunity to share their experiences with SZV services, communication and customer service. Clients can participate online, at SZV offices and through surveyors engaging with the community. Deep Dive Data B.V. has once again been engaged as the independent research company responsible for conducting the survey.

Client feedback from the 2025 survey has helped SZV identify areas for improvement and take action. Among the initiatives introduced or advanced are:

*Senior Priority Hours, providing priority assistance to seniors and customers who may need additional in-person support when visiting SZV.

*A Waiting Time Reduction Program, focused on improving response times, streamlining processes and making service delivery more efficient.

*A review and strengthening of the telephone service approach, aimed at making it easier for customers to reach SZV and receive assistance.

*Continued improvements to digital services and online channels, making it easier for customers to access SZV services and information.

The 2026 survey provides another opportunity for clients to tell SZV how they are experiencing its services today and where further improvements are needed.

“We want our clients to know that their feedback matters. We listened to what clients shared last year and took action. Listening to our clients is an important part of improving the way we serve our community. The feedback we receive helps us understand where we need to focus our efforts and where we can do better,” said Elton Felisie, SZV’s Deputy Director.

The survey is available online at www.szv.sx. Clients may also participate through in-person survey activities at SZV offices and in the community.
