SINT MAARTEN/FINLAND - NV GEBE is taking a decisive step toward strengthening the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of its power generation infrastructure through engagement with Wärtsilä, a global leader in power generation solutions and the primary manufacturer of NV GEBE's power generations units.

NV GEBE’s delegation commenced its visit on Tuesday, March 4, in Vaasa, Finland, where they toured Wärtsilä’s State of The Art Production Facilities and engaged in high level leadership discussions.

On March 5, the team participated in-depth and exploratory project discussions, focusing on upcoming engine upgrades and long-term service strategies. The discussions continued in Helsinki at Wärtsilä’s headquarters, where implementation plans and strategic partnerships were further explored. The delegation is scheduled to depart from Helsinki on Friday, March 7. 

By working directly with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), NV GEBE underscores its commitment to securing the most effective and sustainable solutions for the island’s energy future.
