SINT MAARTEN (GREAT BAY) – “Today, October 28, 2026, the court delivered its ruling following the hearing of October 6, 2026, granting the Public Prosecutors Office permission to proceed to trial with their case against my person. Permission was sought because I'm a current sitting Member of Parliament.

“I face this next stage with confidence and resolve. The court’s decision is permission for the case to proceed, not a finding of guilt. I welcome the opportunity to respond to the allegations through the judicial process and present my defence.
