SINT MAARTEN (POND ISLAND) - The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) is investigating a series of break-ins reported at several booths located within the Festival Village on the Soualiga Road.
The incidents are believed to have occurred during the early morning hours of Sunday, September 13, 2026. A complaint was filed with KPSM by the manager of the Festival Village.
Detectives together with personnel from the Forensic Department, are currently conducting an investigation and gathering evidence.
KPSM is asking anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in or around the Festival Village during the early morning hours, or who may have information that could assist the investigation, to contact KPSM at 542-2222 or anonymously through the 9300 tip line.
KPSM reminds the public that even seemingly minor information may be important to the investigation and encourages anyone with relevant information to come forward.
