SAINT-MARTIN (MARIGOT) - Business and Professional Women Concordia SXM (BPWC) proudly hosted another successful edition of its annual signature experience, Tea Party With A Twist™, on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Quality Catering Service in Sandy Ground. This year’s captivating theme, “Teas, Clutches & Pearls – Spill the Teas, Clutch the Pearls,” brought together people from across the community for an afternoon where elegance, education, wellness, and sisterhood blended seamlessly in a memorable celebration of learning and empowerment. Guests embraced the vintage-inspired dress code in eyelet, floral, and Madras attire, complemented by elegant hats, fascinators, clutches, and pearls, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere filled with meaningful conversations, laughter, networking, and friendship. Remaining true to its mission of combining elegance with education, Tea Party With A Twist featured two outstanding presentations focused on women’s health and wellness. Dr. Randall Friday, Gynecologist, delivered an engaging and informative presentation on menopause, encouraging open dialogue while equipping women with practical knowledge to navigate this important stage of life. Mrs. Josette Richards, Nutritionist, complemented the discussion by sharing valuable guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices that support hormonal balance and overall well-being. Together, their presentations inspired attendees to prioritize their health while fostering meaningful conversations. The educational programme was enhanced by an entertaining menopause skit, interactive games, raffles, live entertainment, specialty teas, delicious refreshments, and opportunities for fellowship and professional networking, creating an experience that was both enjoyable and impactful. BPW Concordia SXM was honoured by the presence of The Honourable Louis Mussington, President of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, and the First Lady, whose attendance underscored the importance of initiatives that promote women’s health, education, leadership, and community engagement. BPW Concordia SXM extends its sincere appreciation to our presenters, sponsors, donors, partners, volunteers, committee members, and every guest whose generosity, dedication, and enthusiasm contributed to the success of this year’s event. Your continued support enables us to create meaningful opportunities that educate, inspire, and empower women while strengthening our community. As planning begins for Tea Party With A Twist™ 2027, BPW Concordia SXM invites the community to look forward to another elegant afternoon of inspiration, fellowship, meaningful conversations, and a brand-new theme that promises to deliver yet another memorable “twist.” About BPW Concordia SXM Business and Professional Women (BPW) Concordia SXM is committed to empowering women through leadership, education, advocacy, networking, and community service.
