POINT BLANCHE--Port St. Maarten Group has a refreshed corporate identity and a new website, portstmaarten.com, designed to present the port as a modern, business focused gateway for cruise, cargo, yachting and real estate partners, as well as the local community.

At the center of the new visual identity is the Port St. Maarten Group logo, which features a stylized maritime emblem paired with clean, bold lettering. On the left, a geometric navy outline can be read as both a shield and the bow of a ship cutting through three dark blue waves. Across this “ship” runs a strong turquoise band that evokes the island’s hills or the silhouette of a vessel in motion, suggesting steady movement across the water. Framing the top is a red semi circle that suggests a rising or setting sun on the horizon over sea and shore.

Together, these elements convey the image of a protected harbor, reliable navigation, and the deep connection between the island and the ocean. The navy wordmark “PORT ST. MAARTEN GROUP” reinforces a contemporary corporate profile, while the emblem keeps the focus on ships, waves and the port as a central engine of St. Maarten’s economy and visitor experience.

The new website mirrors this updated look and feel. The homepage positions Port St. Maarten Group as “The Leading Port in the Caribbean” and clearly outlines its core activities. Cruise operations, cargo handling, yachting services and real estate all have dedicated sections with concise descriptions and strong imagery that highlight the port’s scale, connectivity and strategic role.

Navigation is structured for ease of use, with a clear top menu and quick access to ship schedules, “Discover St. Maarten,” media information, vacancies and contact details. The site speaks directly to multiple audiences, including cruise lines, cargo partners, yacht captains, investors and local residents, while maintaining an uncluttered layout.

Supporting pages such as “Meet the Team” and “History” provide background on the organization and its development over time, helping to present Port St. Maarten Group as both professionally managed and firmly rooted in the local community. A Media section centralizes press releases and will grow further as publications and a media library are added.

Visually, the website carries through the colors and design language of the new logo, with high quality photography and clear headings that are easy to read on both desktop and mobile devices. The written content is concise and largely free of technical jargon, making it accessible to users who may not be familiar with port operations, while still underlining the port’s importance to St. Maarten’s economy and daily life.

With the introduction of its new logo and digital platform, Port St. Maarten Group signals a unified, forward looking identity that supports its strategic ambitions and strengthens its communication with partners and the wider public. The website was designed by brand architects Altus.
