Since October 23, the police have been removing vehicles that obstruct traffic due to annoying, irregular, abusive or dangerous parking on Front Street and its surrounding areas.

This time, the Sint Maarten police have taken radical measures to remedy annoying parking in the Front Street area. Since the beginning of the week, bicycle patrol officers have been impounding all vehicles that do not respect the highway code. In the space of twenty-four hours, four cars were removed for illegal parking and four fines were imposed on the offenders.
