Activation instructions & more

Customers will not only be able to reference general information on the company and its products, but the site also provides full details on that the company’s new flexible bundle plans. Customers can activate the plan of their choice and also refer to options to add additional minutes or mobile internet to their plan. “This really gives the customer complete control over their mobile spending.” says UTS Marketing and Communication Officer, Ivy Lambert.

Expanding contact

In an age where people have less and less time wait in line for assistance or answers, the website was specifically developed to allow customers to arrange many things from the convenience of their home or office.  “All of this is based on our philosophy of offering the customer more convenience. With the website specifically, we want to provide a lot of information to the customer so that they don’t have to go out of their way to find the answer or service they’re looking for.” Lambert states “Our commitment to convenience for the customer goes even further because we give them a choice in the way that they want to communicate with us. Whether it’s by face-to-face, by phone, email, Facebook or another method, the customer chooses what’s convenient for him or her. In a nutshell: more flexibility, more control, more options.” Lambert continues.
