Finance Committee of Parliament to Meet on Thursday about FATCA

PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – The Finance Committee of Parliament will meet in a closed door session on March 10th.

The closed door Finance Committee meeting is set for Thursday at 10.00am in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

The agenda point is a discussion with the St. Maarten Bankers Association to give an update on the effects of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) for Sint Maarten and their affiliated institutions.
