MARIGOT: Celebrations such as Valentine’s Day are an opportunity for some to offer for sale flowers and/or gift baskets in the public domain of the community.

Persons wishing to sell products on the public domain during various celebrations are invited to contact the services of the Collectivity to obtain authorization of punctual occupation of the public domain in due form.

Without authorization, this activity is irregular and sanctioned by the law and subject to a fine for a 5th category contravention.

The Collectivité invites you to quickly submit your request for authorization to the Direction de l’Aménagement du Territoire:
