Alongside the organizational and legislative reforms underway at IVSA, the Inspectorate is investing in the people and professionals who will move the reform process forward. IVSA recognizes that understanding how the organization functions—and how its team can work more effectively—is crucial to improving services for stakeholders and the people of Sint Maarten. The team from Inspired Psychology Practice and Consultancy began working with IVSA by conducting individual profile and workplace assessments. The next phase will focus on team development to strengthen internal collaboration, shared responsibility, and confidence. Ultimately, IVSA aims to become a more effective and efficient Inspectorate for Sint Maarten.
“Reform becomes real through the way we work together every day. Clearer structures matter, but so do professionalism, shared values, and a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new developments. These activities help us connect IVSA’s future design with stronger practices today,” said IVSA Inspector General Dr. Joe Alcala.
