The Windward Islands Bank (WIB) reopened its Simpson Bay branch, located at 15 Airport Road, on Tuesday, November 3, following extensive renovations. A small official ceremony was held on Wednesday, November 4, attended by bank management and customers.
Opened in 1992, this agency now benefits from a modernized setting and a new layout designed to improve customer reception and services.
Among the new features is a dedicated space to support customers in using digital banking services. Staff will be available to help them become familiar with online and mobile banking.
“Digital services make banking easier, but many customers want to be supported in their first steps,” stressed Daisy Tyrol-Carolus, head of WIB in Sint Maarten.
The branch maintains its usual hours and services, including its 24/24 drop-off service. A new ATM will be installed soon. In the meantime, customers can use the one located across the street at the SOL gas station.
