This seminar, organized in the Opal room of the Interprofessional Consular Chamber of Saint-Martin (CCISM), was aimed at the 45 directors of the institution and project managers, in a context of changes initiated by the administration transformation laws. , the dematerialization of public services and changes in user habits. During this great moment of discussion, managers therefore worked on collective and managerial values based on the foundation of an innovative, strong, attentive and transparent organization.
