The argument broke out when the victim moved the blocks to be able to passAccording to the evidence presented at the hearing, T. then arrived, stabbed his cousin before... to leave as if nothing had happenedit.

When the police arrived, the victim was in an ambulance. His injury, which was lengthy...about five centimeters, led to a total incapacity for work for one day.

During the proceedings, the defendant recognized the stabbingclaiming he wanted to defend himself after C. moved the cinder blocks. Already convicted of violence in 2023he was in state of recidivism and was not present at the hearing to explain himself.
