PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten — On Wednesday November 18th 2015, for the first time at USM, SCELL, The St. Martin School of Continuing Education and Life-Long Learning will offer the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP®) course in association with the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI).
The training will be facilitated by Dr. Natasha J. Gittens, Ph.D., CHE. A certified Hospitality Education and SCELL’s Director. Hospitality professionals from St. Maarten, Anguilla and St. Kitts will be in attendance.
The Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP®) designation provides recognition for those individuals that know how to achieve and express exceptional service by engaging with their guests and creating memorable experiences.
