SIMPSONBAY, Sint Maarten — R.G.K. (48) was arrested on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 by members of the St. Maarten Police Force, KPSM near his house in Simpson Bay.

The arrest is in connection with a decision of the Supreme Court in The Hague, The Netherlands of Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in which it has been decided that R.G.K. can be extradited to the United States of America, where he is wanted for drug-related charges.
