The car wreck removal project recently wrapped up in the Cole Bay area during the month of October. A total of 45 vehicles have been removed and crushed. VROMI contract Manager, Eustaquio Richardson stated, “We are very pleased with the outcome of the project thus far and are determined to remove any car wreck in sight. The Cole Bay area will continue to be monitored as we progress on to other districts.”

As efforts continue on to the Cul de Sac Basin, residents are urged to remove all illegal vehicles. Failure to remove any vehicles matching the description of unpaid road tax, outdated inspection, abandonment, or hazardous to public safety, will be removed upon notice and crushed.

Car wreck removal in the Cul de Sac Basin will be completed at the end of November.
