SIMPSON BAY – The Management of the Princess Juliana International Airport Operating Company N.V. (PJIAE) herewith informs the general public that on Tuesday morning, October 25, a Live Emergency Exercise will be held at the airport.
The drill will simulate the immediate response and evacuation procedures that should be used for any type of emergency in and surrounding the terminal building.
The Live Emergency Exercise is a standard practice at airports, done in accordance with the Fire Safety and Evacuation Plan and is sanctioned by the International Civil Aviation Organization.
“We kindly request your understanding and consideration for any inconvenience caused during this emergency exercise,” A PJIA release said.
