ANGUILLA — The Royal Anguilla Police Force has arrested and charged 23 yr. old Ishan Brooks of North Side for possession of a firearm and ammunition and discharging a firearm in a public.  The arrested was as a result of investigations into an incident reported to the police on Monday 1st August, 2016.

The alleged offender who was taken before the Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday 9th August 2016 was granted bail in the sum of EC$50,000.00, EC$10,000 cash bond with one surety.

Brooks has also been ordered by the court to report to The Valley Police Station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm, surrender all travel documents, and be on curfew between the hours of 7:00pm and 6:00am as well as to be of good behavior.

He is due back in court on Monday 5th December, 2016.
