PHILIPSBURG, Sint Maarten – A public Central Committee meeting of the House of Parliament will take place on December 10.

The Minister of Finance will be present for the sitting of the House.

The Central Committee meeting is set for Thursday at 2.00pm in the General Assembly Chamber of the House at Wilhelmina Straat #1 in Philipsburg.

The agenda is the draft National Ordinance to change the Motor Vehicle Tax Ordinance.

The second agenda point is a draft National Ordinance related to Tax Legislation of 1940.

Members of the public are invited to the House of Parliament to attend parliamentary deliberations.

The House of Parliament is located across from the Court House in Philipsburg.

The parliamentary session will be carried live on St. Maarten Cable TV Channel 120, via Pearl Radio FM 98.1, the audio via the Internet www.pearlfmradio.com and viawww.sxmparliament.org.
