ANGUILLA — The Royal Anguilla Police Force on Tuesday 5th January 2016 arrested and charged a 41 year old male from Cul-de-sac for incest, indecent assault and unlawful sexual intercourse.
The offender who was arrested as a result of an investigation into a report of incest was charged with the offences and taken before the Magistrate’s Court today Wednesday 6th January, 2016 where he was offered bail in the sum of EC $75,000.00 with two sureties.
Unable to make bail the offender was ordered remanded at Her Majesty’s Prison until Thursday 7th January, 2016 when he is due back before the Magistrate’s Court.
